This small estate is in the high slopes of Sainte-Foy sub-appellation of Côtes de Bordeaux. It is run and owned by husband Michel and wife Angie Baucé. Angie the winemaker was born and raised in the Philippines. Her philosophy as vineyard manager and winemaker is purely natural. The vineyards are organic and biodynamic certified. The signature wines of the estate are Cuvée Diane which is the name of her daughter and the Terracotta label. Both are blends of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc. Cuvée Diane spends in new oak for 15 months while Terra Cotta matures in an egg-shaped jar called Terracotta. Extremely food friendly and earth-loving wines.
